Orders & Deliveries

Once your order has been placed and payment has cleared, your order will be processed, and we will arrange with our courier partner to collect your order and to deliver your purchased items to the place and person of your choice.

Deliveries can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

Receipt of Order

Upon delivery, the stockist should inspect the contents of the parcel to determine whether any item or items included in the parcel is in short supply, defective or damaged.  Any shortages, defects or damages the stockist claims existed at the time of delivery, should be reported in writing to the company within 12 hours after delivery of the parcel.   

Should the stockist have received any damaged or dented parcels from the courier, it is very important that it is clearly noted on the waybill / delivery note that the box or parcel is damaged. Failure to do so, will void any claims the stockist may have.

In the case of a damaged or dented delivery, the stockist should inspect the contents of the parcel as soon as possible to determine whether any item or items included in the parcel was damaged.  If there were any damages to the contents of the parcel, the stockist should take a photo of said damages and email (tanya@fransolet.co.za) or WhatsApp (+27 (0) 82 332 0622) it to the company.

The company will, within 7 working days after receipt of such notice, investigate the claim of shortages, defects or damages and will inform stockist of its findings. 

Confirmation of Delivery

When we received notification from the courier that your parcel has been delivered, we will send you a confirmation email that the parcel has been delivered. Fransolet Distributors are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you, or the physical address on the invoice you paid, for the delivery of the order.

Tracking of your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will inform you via email and give you a tracking number to track your delivery.

Change of Address / Correct Delivery Addresses

We, unfortunately, cannot redirect your purchase once it has been dispatched, so please ensure that the address entered is the correct address.

Delivery Time Frames

Delivery periods are calculated based on business days only. 

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account in calculating delivery periods. For, example, if you order something over the weekend or on a public holiday, the delivery period will only start running on the next business day.

If products with different delivery times are ordered together, the product with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of all the products in the order.

If you want to order various products where some have a shorter delivery time than others, we advise that you order such products separately from the products requiring longer delivery times.

Delivery Delays / Out of Stock

Fransolet Distributors makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the Website is accurate and current. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you.

Not all products are kept on our premises and in some instances, delivery may take longer to be delivered than other items in store. Should we anticipate delays with your order which exceed our usual delivery time frame (as per our T’s & C’s) we will be sure to keep you well-informed.

Returns

The company has a strict “No Return and No Refund Policy”. NO products may be returned or refunded, so please ensure you place the correct order.

Weekend and Public Holiday Orders

Orders made on a weekend or public holiday, will only be processed on the first working day after the weekend, subject to cleared payment.
